National electricity grid status

Data from Fingrid’s open API about the status of the Finnish grid such as total energy consumption and production. There are two kinds of data: real time data and forecast data. Real time data includes total energy production and consumption, grid frequency and production amounts for the different types of energy generation such as wind and nuclear. This data is collected with a 3 minute interval. Forecast data includes wind and solar production forecast and total energy consumption forecast. The forecasts are updated every hour. The production forecasts cover the next 36 hours and the energy consumption forecast is until the end of the next day.

NOTE: Nuclear power production data is erronious between 2018-07-18 9 AM to 2018-07-20 1 PM.
