Ilokkaanpuisto property electricity measurements [Draft]

Electrical measurements of property electricity from the four housing associations of Ilokkaanpuisto. The loads of the property electricity include ventilation, elevators and other loads used for common functionalities of the building. Available measurement quantities are voltage, current, active power and energy. The measurement device is Carlo Gavazzi WM15.
